The CP, Security has many years of experience in conducting risk assessment for local and overseas projects and was based in Middle East for a number of years as he was responsible for the security projects and upgrading of the security system. His SBD experiences include Data Centers, mixed development that include retail, office and residence tower, major A&A projects, aviation and airport terminals, power plants, substations and major financial institutions, healthcare facilities from polyclinics and public and private hospitals and governement buildings and facilities, etc.
PHM is led by Er. Dr Lok Tat Seng, a renowned expert in blast engineering, protective security, and structural resilience.
With over 30 years of experience, he brings together deep technical knowledge and field-tested expertise from his work in Singapore, the UK, Sweden, Australia, and more.
